  • 2 whole rice cakes crumbled into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 c. nut milk of choice add more if desired
  • 3 tbsp. pure maple syrup add more if desired


  • Crumble rice cakes with hands and place into a bowl.
  • Add milk of choice (I use almond milk normally). Then drizzle the maple syrup on top. Add more if desired. Stir well so that the maple syrup is mixed well into the milk. Enjoy!
