EMBODY21 is a Fitness and Wellness Challenge that runs throughout the year at designated times. They are hosted by holistic nutritionists and certified personal trainers. They are designed to challenge you to a new level – with your fitness, with your nutrition and with your life yet in a fun and realistic way.
What You Will Get:

- Easy to follow home or gym workout plans (For home workouts, you must have access to a set of dumbbells or anything similar)
- Tutorials of foundational exercises with visuals for each exercise
- Private Facebook group for support and community
- Live workouts – refer to upcoming Challenge for specifics
- Email access to certified personal trainers for support and questions
What You Will Learn:
- Some Live’s from our team can go over topics like: What foods to eat in order to support your goals and optimal health; Optimal nutrient timing for those that train in the morning vs. at night; How to train most effectively and achieve results; How to track your personal progress and set realistic goals; How to understand basic nutrition, grocery shop effectively and make transformations in your own home
